All orders will be shipped on the next business day.
There is no UPS delivery on Saturday or Sunday. Any Next Day Air
orders posted on Friday, will not be delivered until the following Monday.   
 Orders will be shipped via UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air, according to ordering directions.

All orders to Canada will ship via USPS Ground only.
Orders shipped to Hawaii and Alaska will ship via UPS Ground for an extra $15.50 or
UPS Next Day Air for an extra $24.50. There is no UPS 2nd Day Air service to Alaska or Hawaii.

We cannot ship any Fruit and Nut, Organic Fruit and Nut, or Cookie Gift Baskets or Fresh Flower Bouquets
to Hawaii, Alaska or Canada. Please check other individual gift baskets for any other shipping restrictions.

All Fresh Flower Bouquets are shipped UPS Next Day Air. 

Any item deemed damaged or defective will be replaced or credited upon return of the item.
All damages by carrier must be reported within 48 hours.

We reserve the right to substitute items of equal or greater value depending upon availability and season.

Substitutions for chocolate may be made from May through October, due to excessive heat factors.

We can ship anywhere in the world!
